True, now that I can finally afford to vacation in Europe if I wanted, there's not a chance in hell I'm going over there with all those refugees/terrorists running around.
I just got back from London and Paris. Felt much safer over there than here in the US.
Having plenty of friends abroad, I know many who are saying they won't visit US for a while. Not only are they turned off by Trump, but there are all kinds of immigration measures which will harass tourists by asking for their social media presence etc.
This is what I hear also, they are boycotting USA
due to Trump .
I have a coworker in Germany who is flying to Bahama in a month. He said, they purposely are not flying thru USA because of immigration hassle.
Changing planes in the US has always been a colossal pain - only first-world country that forces you to get your luggage, pass customs, and re-check your luggage. Kafkaesque. And while no immigration authority anywhere is popular, US immigrations are notorious.
"IF" it's real, I don't care, the Security of our nation trumps tourism.
We are secure.
Trump wants you to believe the world is coming to an end, and extreme measures are required to survive, but it is a very old tactic to get people to comply, and condone just about anything.

Trump is literally scaring off tourists who don't want to be "vetted" just to go to Disney. Tourist want a pleasant trip, they have no interest in going to a country that declares itself as "first", bans Muslims from 7 nations, Calls Mexicans rapists etc.
You do understand they have 24 hour news, and are watching the freak show that our nation has become. This is exactly why Trump was supposed to embrace the left, throw them some bones and dial back the rhetoric ...
He may have embraced the left if they hadn't forced him into a corner. How do you embrace people who call your every move evil and harass your children everywhere they go?
