A female employee in the women's locker/shower room is unwillingly exposed to the male genitalia of a self-declared trans in the women's locker/shower room. She files a workplace sexual intimidation/harassment charge. The anatomically male trans claims not being able to shower in the women's facilities is discrimination.

Given that men have dictated and ruled women through out all of human history I cannot say that these FTM females are on my radar. I will also say it's not about hate. It's about guys ...guys...back off. As usual.
And keep in mind that most of this hate you're speaking of for gay men, for MTF trans, for straight men are coming from other men. This is a male problem from where I sit. And while I do have compassion for people suffering, women have, and have always had, more than enough problems from men that we need to deal with. That men are now demanding that they hide behind women from men, and appropriate and essentially erase female identity, is too much. IMO.

Stop caring who uses what bathroom? How about this...we have women's bathrooms and unisex bathrooms. No more mens bathrooms. Problem solved. You're over it? good.
Women's rights prevail. Born women's rights to be exact. There should be no argument IMO. Everyone else who wants to be a woman can make their own accommodations because sometimes we can't all be right, despite what we think.
Whether or not this is a state, not federal, issue is a genuine question. Congress and the president cannot just force anything they want through the federal government without giving deference to the states and their rights. The federal courts will decide whether this is a state or federal issue.
Anyone who is a smart, rational thinker will realize this and know it's not about sticking it to trans people. Even if the president is transphobic, IF, there is STILL a genuine question as to whether this should be left to the states to decide.

Yeah, women having rights is about nazism of course... if you're a mysogynist. One thing I have learned is that party doesn't matter. Both sides are as bad as the other in too many ways.
