I am not sure why liberals love to use violence and guns so much.

That has nothing to do with politics and everything to do with financial status. College professors are mostly liberal and they aren't going around shooting each other.

Lower income minorities often vote democrat (that's if they vote at all), but the fact that they vote democrat doesn't mean they will go around shooting people.

That changes the fact that Chicago's, etc., shooters and killers vote Dem, how?

Where's the evidence that the "shooters and killers" are the ones voting "Dem" and not just people in those same communities

WE don't like sharia law thank you very much.

How can they pool all their money together? They don't have jobs.

Seriously? Inner-city minorities. How do they vote?

Hint: NOT Republican.

Yes. Seriously.
Where is your evidence that the individuals who are "shooters and killers" are the same individuals who vote Democrat?

My guess is if I had to take a stab at it is that roughly most violent crime is committed by inner city minorities and most minorities vote Democrat, ergo the individuals who are "shooters and killers" are the same individuals who largely vote democrat.

I am guessing that is where he is taking this.

I hope "Informed" Consent isn't that uninformed because that is some absolutely faulty thinking.

According to this data
The population of Chicago is about 2.8 million.
About 74% (or 2.1 million) of which are of legal voting age

According to this
About 890,000 Chicagoans voted for Hillary
And 133,000 voted for Trump
That's a total of 1,023,000 people who voted.

Deduct 1,023,000 people who voted from 2.1 million people of voting age and that leaves about 1,080,000 who didn't vote at all - compared to 1,023,000 who voted and 890,000 who voted Democrat.

This rudimentary look shows that it's most likely that any given citizen of Chicago didn't vote Democrat nor Republican, but did not vote at all.

So, if "Informed" Consent has any evidence that the "shooters and killers" were more likely to have come from the minority of Chicagoans who voted Democrat, than the majority who did not vote at all, let him present it here.
