Because reducing the number of illegal aliens competing for jobs and stopping them from entering the US would help Dem voters the most. 2/3 of those on the various welfare programs due to low-income or long-term unemployment are Dems. Dems should be pooling their money to build the wall to help ease their voter base's poverty:

Lolz

Yeah right.

Like Liberals wouldn't oppose the wall if it was privately funded......

Liberal opposition to the wall has absolutely NOTHING to do with the cost of construction.

You realize that California, Texas, New York, Florida, and Virginia combined are more federal spending than these states combined:
Missouri
Tennessee
Alabama
Indiana
South Carolina
Colorado
Kentucky
District of Columbia
Wisconsin
Louisiana
Minnesota
Connecticut
Oklahoma
Mississippi
Oregon
Arkansas
New Mexico
Iowa
Kansas
Nevada
West Virginia
Utah
Hawaii
Maine
Nebraska
Idaho
New Hampshire
Rhode Island
Alaska
Montana
Delaware
South Dakota
Vermont
North Dakota
Wyoming

It's not a blue state giver red state taker like we always here. It is a big state giver big state taker.
(And if you want to talk per capita spending, it is basically DC, Virginia, and Maryland way at the top plus Alaska and Hawaii.)

Wouldn't that solve more problems than all the bickering?
I don't understand why everyone, regardless of political affiliation, wouldn't be for creating a better health care system, helping refugees, and ensuring that everyone is receiving fair pay for the work he/she is providing.

Having compassion towards your neighbor is the key to a successful and happy nation. When you lose compassion and start viewing some people as "the other", that's when the gas chambers and ovens get fired up.

Because in their mind, social injustice creates the victims (supporters) that they need in order to maintain the status quo.

Why don't anti abortion/contraceptives conservatives pool all their money and pay to care and educate all the children that are born into families that either do not want them or are unprepared for them? They in fact look to be doing just the opposite by slashing healthcare and support for the poor.

They only write off so much charitable contributions on their taxes for one. From what I have gathered here, many liberals are actually looking for that guaranteed annual income to come from the government as a "human right".

The rich do not become rich and stay rich by being charitable and caring about others. They get in the public eye and run their mouths in order to get attention, get themselves out there. It is self-serving. Liberals = it's about me!

You don't have a clue -- do you know how much each of these people give to charities?

So what you are saying is -- go ahead everyone who votes Democrat and solve our problems because us right leaning folks are too selfish to care about others and want you to fix it and pay for it.

That makes you sound like all the terrible things folks say about conservatives, selfish, uncaring, self centered.....
