Assange is offering a $20,000 reward. The Metropolitan Police Department is offering a $25,000 reward. They are actively investigating. The FBI is not investigating. The anonymous "federal investigator" that Fox has reported likely doesn't have access to the investigation and is making up BS.

I think you're conflating the belief that this whole "Seth Rich Murder was a DNC hitjob" conspiracy is most likely nonsense with a lack of desire to solve a murder. Wanting a murder to be solved and believing a particular theory of the case is likely garbage are not mutually exclusive.
Not really. Nothing is conflicted, but the way DNC is going out their way to hush this up is making me question it. Otherwise, why are they bothering with this story if it's such a "conspiracy"?
Had they been quiet, and had the media not been randomly throwing out articles left and right debunking this, I probably wouldn't even see this as something to be bothered by.

These death lists are utterly bogus. Use your brain. If the Clintons were murderers on this scale, they would also have to be in control of the FBI and numerous police departments nationally.
