That means the motive for the illegal leak was retaliation.
It also means the leak occurred at least a full day before the tweet.
It also means that Comey is a liar.

Comey is no liar. A leak means he divulged confidential information. But he didn't do that, he released his notes which were not classified. You guys are really reaching to make look Trump presidential. Comey has been FBI under dems and republicans. And everyone there loved him.
