I am sure there is, and it also happened. But in proportion, I think there is a much outsized portion done by black kids. It’s a cultural consequence that is emblematic of trouble at home and general lack of emphasis on respect for education. Asian kids get beat up by black kids all the time, and they also outsize the honor roll and all sort of academic prizes over even white kids. Why? It’s not because they are smarter, it’s because they have a culture of academic respect and achievement at home. It’s an inconvenient truth.

Where did you go to school at? I'm not saying that there aren't Black kids beating up Asian kids. I will add this. I got beat up in school by alot of White kids (not in the 1950s, but the late 1990s/early 2000s). Some Black kids joined in, but alot of White kids did that to me where I grew up.
If there is trouble at home, then maybe we need to target lousy parents.
I thought you were talking about court. When I hear "due process" I automatically think about court.
The Supreme Court has injected some "due process" requirements even into school discipline. Kind of an unprincipled intermediate standard between total discretion and proof beyond a reasonable doubt.
I don't have a video but it happened to my favorite typing teacher - by a white girl. White trash, we used to call it.
She eventually matured into some semblance of a functioning human but she was a holy terror in school.
I've never seen ANY student, Black, White or Hispanic hit a teacher. However, when it came to students hitting teachers, race is something I only think about when I understand other people will make it into a race issue. In this case, I knew there were people who were going to come and vent their frustrations about Black people.
As for the girl, I've met plenty of trash. I grew up around people who were like that.
