I see that WACKY president was at it again on twitter. Which WH adult daycare worker missed their shift this time? Trump keeps the story alive.

Do you suppose he's doing this on purpose so this won't be swept under the rug, so we won't forget that the French had to rescue our Spec Forces operators to keep them from getting massacred, so we won't forget how Sgt. Johnson was left behind to fend for himself for two days?

So now it's "he was left behind to fend for himself for 2 days"?
Proof of that please.

The odd thing about all of this is that Trump was caught in another bald-faced lie!
Quote:
President Donald Trump denied Wednesday that he told the widow of a fallen U.S. soldier, "He knew what he signed up for," in a condolence call, contradicting a Florida congresswoman who said she was with the woman at the time.
Trump denies telling widow of fallen soldier, 'He knew what he signed up for' - ABC News

And general John Kelly goes out there and tells the public that is exactly what Trump told the widow!
Quote:
Kelly said he advised the president on what to say and confirmed that Trump told the widow that her husband "knew what he signed up for" when he enlisted.

Anyone get the feeling that Trump doesn't care about telling you the truth about anything? Then John Kelly bashes the credibility of the congresswoman to deflect from this obvious lie of the president. That administration is a transparent bunch of fools!

Look...

As this thread so clearly illustrates, tRump looks for openings to stir things up.

And whenever he does that, he tries to pick an "enemy" that his Trumpling followers will naturally hate: a RINO, a black woman, a journalist, a short guy.

Then his followers all get in step behind him and parrot whatever tRump and the RW hate media tell them to say.

He plays this hand over and over. And no matter how obviously tRump is lying and no matter how obviously he's on the wrong side, his Trumplings will rally to his defense.

It's really amusing.

Carry on.

"The department of defense initially withheld news of Johnson’s death in “hopes he would be found alive”. Officials said Johnson had activated his military beacon, and the military had been able to track him before the signal faded."

https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/...-trump-remarks

"Senior U.S. defense officials defended Thursday the small team of American troops targeted in a deadly ambush earlier this month in Africa, an incident that has raised questions about why one fallen soldier was not recovered for two days."

"The Oct. 4 operation in Niger, now under U.S. military investigation, resulted in the deaths of four Special Forces soldiers. One was Sgt. La David Johnson, whose remains were not located until sometime Oct. 6."

I'm surprised you were unable to locate this information yourself. A quick Google search turned up several thousand results.

Yeah, she posted "the military intentionally left him behind." at least five times in this forum.

For those who are just catching up on things.

Oct. 4 - French forces rescue ambushed Green Berets in Niger. Sgt. La David Johnson was left behind. Military tracks his locator beacon until it fades.

Oct. 5 - Trump, who would have been briefed by this time, announces at photo op with military leaders that this is "the calm before the storm."

Oct. 6 - Pentagon reports that Sgt. Johson's body was recovered a mile from the fight.

Trump doesn't tweet or say anything about the ill-fated military operation or the 4 dead Green Berets until:

Oct. 16 - When asked at a press conference about Niger, Trump responds by accusing Obama of not phoning families.

Oct. 17 - Congresswoman Wilson reports that she was in the car when Trump called Sgt. Johnson's widow and made insensitive remarks.

Oct. 18 - Trump calls Wilson a liar. Insists he didn't say what she reported.

Oct. 18 - Cowanda Jones-Johnson, who raised Johnson and also listened to the call, tells CNN that Wilson's account of the call was "very accurate."

Oct. 19 - Kelly takes the WH press podium, supports Wilson's version and tries to explain why Trump might have said what he did. Then he lies in some detail about a speech he witnessed Wilson give. Video of the speech emerges that proves Kelly lied.

Oct. 19 - McCain, chairman of the Senate Armed Services Committee, states it may require a subpoena to obtain information.

Oct. 20 - Lara Trump, on Fox & Friend, stated she has seen the transcript of the call. Her description of what was said is consistent with Wilson’s account.

Oct. 21 - Funeral for Sgt. La David Johnson.
