I laugh every time a present or former Trump employee leaves his job or is interrogated by Schiffty. The Loonies pee their pants and start drooling, "This is it! He will flip, turn on Trump, spill the beans," etc. Meanwhile Trump is still the President of the US and has accomplished 65% of his agenda ALREADY.
Hicks has been “relatively” low-profile within this administration. Sarah Huckabee Sanders is the “face” of the WH. Hicks is young, marketable and will have her 15-30 mins of fame outside the White House. Once the dust settles she will no doubt cash in on her “knowledge” “connections” - whatever, within her legal boundaries. Which will basically render her mute. 😊 But if she hires a good agent with first class legal backing then she could certainly have an intriguing (and lucrative) story to tell....odds are we’ll never hear it - but maybe our grandchildren will - as they wrestle with the consequences of our national debt, kicked down the line for our successors to deal with 😬

This is not a never-before-seen event; maybe the exception is people who voted for the orange one don't believe anything, and even if Trump and his team did obstruct justice, collude with Russia, lie, and other crimes, his supporters simply don't care.
Back in the days of Nixon, people very much did care, were aghast at the crap Nixon was doing, and were none too pleased at the crimes he committed. And that included people who voted for him. No one was calling the Woodward/Bernstein articles "fake news." The information coming out was straight from the #2 in the FBI, though that wasn't known at the time.
People back then didn't have a large voice. Sure, almost all the newspapers and their editors agreed. Today the pool of potential news sources is far far greater, and even individuals can have a large amplified voice via social media. Therefore, there will be disagreement no matter what.
Listened to people, mainly NYers, who have worked with and/or socialized with Hope. She is universally liked and praised for being very smart and hardworking -- seven days a week most of the time. They all predict she will get many lucrative job offers and finally be able to have a semblance of a personal life. I hope she takes a nice, long vacation before then.
Ed Henry of Fox News spoke to some in the White House who said they thought John Kelly is consolidating his power. I find it worrying that Trump has so many generals who are in the business of war. That was part of the problem with Obama and Bush administrations.

This gets my vote as today’s most detached-from-reality comment.
No one is going to touch Miss Hicks until or unless she is given a clean bill of health from Mr. Mueller.
Rob Porter might, but hopefully not in a violent, domestic abuse-y way. She needs to seek other opportunities in that department as well. Time to leave him.

Have no great love for DT nor Mr. John Kelly when you get down to things; but the latter being brought in likely has been the savior of this administration.
DT and his administration is still something between a CF and one hot mess; but at least to his credit General Kelly has imposed some restraint upon His Orangeness, and made the man put on his big boy pants and act like a POTUS. Well to the extent that is possible.
Those stupid rallies have largely died out, along with endless diarrhea of the mouth from DT's constant use of Twitter. Again nothing is perfect but things have toned down a notch of two.
Most importantly unlike that some kind of piece of SIL, the daughter and far to many others Mr. Kelly does not seem to have a self serving agenda, nor is he promoting (heavily at any rate) the full scale full frontal return to 1920's America many others with DT's ear seem to be advocating.
DT has always behaved like an over indulged child and or bully; Mr. Kelly seems to be a force that says something the man is not used to hearing; the truth and when appropriate "no, you cannot act like this"...
General Kelly seems to have JT's and a few others in that administrations number; for that he gets a muffin basket. For all the talk DT gave or gives about swamp draining, Mr. Kelly is seemingly the only one that is willing to pull that plug.
She obviously knows a lot of things and could be a major thorn in the side of the prez were she to fully disclose to Mueller what all has been going on that she's witnessed and been party to over the last 2 to 3 years.
Imagine that Ms. Hicks could potentially bring down the presidency or at least hasten this prez's demise if she felt suitably compelled to join forces with the Mueller investigation and start spilling the beans.
Well we all know DT is an idiot when it comes to the skirts. Not in recent memory as such a so called "powerful" man been so lead and or had his judgment clouded by thinking with the wrong part of his body. The man is like Henry VIII, he thinks he's Jack the Lad.
Miss Hicks is an attractive *young* woman; as such we cannot dismiss the possibility DT let his guard down and allowed her to hear or see things she shouldn't otherwise have, even in her professional capacity.
