We have two parties in this case, both are acting as brats, and neither need the law - they need a firm kindergarten teacher.

They been flying that flag for hundred year and then in the pass two years peoe that never had anything to do with what they claim act like somebody kick their sister and they going die if it not taking down. The current Democrats conversation is all about 'shrugging off the yoke of government oppression". They even try to roll out California and secede, divide, or become another country. They will physically beat anyone who opposes them. They struggle 'to be free' and 'live life on their terms'.
But the thought of tolerating anyone else who ever tried that never occurred to them. Anyone who tried it in the past is a 'traitor' and their symbols 'should be removed from America'. Tearing down on old flag will 'bring them to tears'.

The Confederate Flag is the standard of a band of traitors who attacked the United States and tried to destroy the Union. Displaying it has no more place of honor among patriotic Americans than would flying a swastika.
