Because when ID theft occurred the taxes reported paid by the company get connected to the SSN number and its owner.
Don't you know that's how things work? When you hold a job, you get a W-2 form sent to you every year before January is over. That form is connected to your SSN.
If someone stole your ID, you would get a W-2 for a job you never worked.

Is that clear to you now?
The question is: and you know that Rivera stold an ID how?
Do you have a decoder ring so we can read that disaster of a sentence?
What happened to the left's mantra of "If it'll only save one child!"? Or, does that only apply in gun debates?
The farmer first lied about using E-Verify. Then the farmer changed his story by saying he didn't use E-Verify but refused to give the supposed fake name Rivera gave him. Everyone in the area knew Rivera by his real name as well.
Can't fix the problem unless the real cause is identified and I suspect the real cause of illegal immigration is employers willfully employing them to exploit for cheap labor.

I believe that is one major cause. There are many other causes related to aid and benefit to illegals being in America. But I think the real cause is there is no real will to strongly enforce immigration law let alone strengthen the laws.
This guy was clearly an illegal, and this town in question like all over America is being undulated by illegals from latin America. What can you do? Call ICE and say you suspect there are illegals living and working in your town? Everyone acts like it's racist to suspect the obvious. Both political parties are scamming us. The democrats will not allow the deportation and crack down on illegals. It's completely hypocritical for them to blame employers or anyone else for this.
All hands should be on deck, the local police and profiling should be used. Americans should be able to complain about all the foreign latin Americans who stick out like a sore thumb in their neighborhoods and the local police should help in investigating and detaining these illegals for ICE.
Agree, but let's be honest here. Most of the Americans hiring illegals are white. Until white people start caring about what their doing, it's never going to change for the better.
I see where you're coming from and it's true hiring illegals is sticking it to all Americans. You're right there's unlimited farm visas so no farmer included this one has to hire illegals.
But your argument is legal vs nonlegal. And that farmers or anyone else should be hiring foreigners. We can make everyone legal. That doesn't really solve much. I don't want any more foreigners coming here to live or work. You can't a conservative, western 1st world America make and maintain out of a constant stream of foreign non-westerners.
Please provide a link that it's mostly whites hiring illegal aliens. Quit stereotyping white Americans in that way without any proof.
Check out the facebook site of Iris Monarrez who has Mollie as a friend. She also has a photo with "Christian Rivera" tagged (father of her baby). Christian Rivera has his own facebook page with photos and his real name going back for years. Seems the only person who didn't know Christian Rivera by his real name was that farmer who employed him.
