And you'll overlook those are not interracial stats and that with those above stats whites are underrepresented and blacks are 2x overrepresented. So I'm not overlooking anything.

There's no reason to believe any of the 25% of unknown offenders of blacks were white, since none of the known offenders were white. They were most likely black or at least some mixed race not racially as obvious as white would be.
If a white person was accused of sexually assaulting a black person it would get national scrutiny.
