for condoms, about a .03%.
Not sure why you are trying to make an argument against birth control though.

Plus I have posted multiply links on the same subjects. I don't think you look at any pro-life links.

Plus, why would you want to be pro-death? No future in that.
I read your flawed links, and then respond to them.

With perfect use condoms have about a 2% failure rate. In actual use it is closer to 15%.

Fertility rates have dropped an no one knows why, from the CDC to reproductive health studies, by an international team of researchers.

Some attribute the decline to STDs, others to low sperm count in males, along with the speculation that women (couples) are waiting longer to start their families, so age may be a factor, as well.

It will be years (roughly 25 years) before there is an understanding of the reasons behind the phenomenon. But for now, no one knows and speculations continue to grow.

Sure, abstinence is the only 100% effective way of preventing the spread of STDs, but to say that condoms, used correctly and consistently, do nothing at all to protect the user is a bald-faced lie.

I understand that you have an agenda, and I know the source of that agenda, but if you really want to decrease the number of abortions, you'd better face reality and start preaching not only abstinence, but the proper use of birth control. The fact is, not everyone is going to choose to abstain, and even people who save their virginity for the wedding night may want to reduce the chances of an unwanted pregnancy, yet still enjoy the physical and emotional closeness of sex.

The Unaffordable care act didn't get passed until what 2010, then the roll out a few years later. Thats like 7 years before the Unaffordable Care Act could have had any impact. I think you are giving credit that isn't due.
