Hmmmm.... quite interesting that it has all-of-a-sudden become unconstitutional now that the mandate is gone. That MANDATE is what made it unconstitutional. It never should have been imposed upon the populace. It's the biggest slap in the face the federal government has ever foisted upon the citizenry of the United States of America--pure, simple, unadulterated tyranny, and a litmus test for the potential of future population enslavement. Just get rid of it; it's a blotch of filth that needs to be cleansed.

And by the way, it makes no logical sense to punish those who handle their own healthcare needs because some don't have insurance. Come up with some non-punitive solution, rather than being criminal thugs, Lefty. It's always punish the innocent with you leftist folks, isn't it? Punish the innocent because some people are in bad situations. Make sure everyone is equally miserable.

This is great news! Hopefully I can go back to having the less expensive coverage with better options that I had before Obamacare was implemented.

The GOP will have to somehow keep protections for those with pre-existing conditions because they absolutely know they will get slaughtered in the 2020 elections.

As a Canadian with stable and affordable health care I feel bad for you folks...You deserve better than this.

I assume that you are aware that this in no way affects the people in the white house who hopefully will be taking care of this mess....They are well provided for regarding health insurance.....Using your tax dollars of course.

This could seriously hurt Trump in 2020. There are a lot more republicans receiving subsidies for their health insurance than anyone ever considered, especially people in their 50s and early 60s, which are key Trump voters.

People should demand a refund on the fines.

There was never any Russian collusion. Get over it. Im sick of trying to convince you tin foil main stream media propagandized people that the collusion narrative is a big fat hoax.

My guess is that the GOP is going to be forced to try to keep the ACA up and running now, because they have nothing to put in its place and its loss is going to adversely affect millions of people. And that would be disastrous for them and they know it.

Won't it be fun watching the Republicans trying to save the hated Obamacare in order to save their own skins?
