California can NOT enforce immigration so it's irrelevant to claim you are a sanctuary or not. Unless the Federal government does something, every city and state is a sanctuary.

They should repeat such theatrics with a full government shutdown - no one gets paid, even essential employees, and see how negotiations go then. Now it's a just bunch of ego driven politicians and a bunch of ordinary people not getting their paychecks.
