What if you were told that you have to work but you will not be paid until after the shutdown(which could take a year or more). You can't file for unemployment. BTW...guess who else is working and not being paid...The US Coast Guard.
Yeah but he ALSO said that those furloughed workers agreed with him and are begging him to build the wall.

Depends what time it is. He always says one thing early in the day, then by noon, he goes 180, and by dinnertime, he says he never said either of those things. He is tougher to figure out than flushing a monkey down a toilet.
You have to wonder about a President that calls everyone who disagrees with him "Democrats". If Federal workers are not Democrats yet, they will soon will be.
I wager he will dismiss this letter as all airline pilots are "Democrats" too.
You have to wonder how many people he has to **** off before he runs out of supporters.
I don't believe he either called furloughed government employees democrats or called all who disagree with him democrats.
That being said his comment that most government workers are democrat was certainly an ill advised comment even if true.
