or they could look at their taxation level and what the British government provides for it. BTW, Britain's quarterly economic growth was confirmed at 0.2 percent in the three months to December 2018, sustainable? Nah and they know it.
Wow, you really don't want to discuss healthcare funding.
45.000 Americans dies each year due to not being insurand and getting the help they need because of costs. 500.000 Americans files for medical bankruptcies each year.
Whats the UK numbers?
nope, liberal lie....healthcare bills are listed as one of the debts persons list when filing for bankruptcies. .....along with a long list of other debts they haven't paid. i.e., vehicles, credit cards, etc., etc. Claiming they're filing for bankruptcy solely for unpaid medical bills is a lie.
If big Pharma would control their costs, everybody could afford good healthcare. The hospital can charge you $15 for a single aspirin. That little plastic cup your pills come in, you are charged $10 for that little cup. If you go to the ER that aspirin is $30. Fix all these exorbitant costs, and everybody could get cheaper care.

Would it be any more sustainable if people paid the same amount or more from their pockets rather than out of taxes? If people can't afford the taxes they won't be able to afford the insurance premiums either.

Don't get distracted by the inch thick charge master bill. No one pays that, and the hospital does not expect to be paid in full. They keep there prices up, more complex and confusing for better negotiation leverage.
In the end the hospital settles for 20-30% of billing. And the $15 aspirin was simply part of the illusion.

LMAO. This post shows an appalling lack of knowledge about budgeting and accounting.

Made me laugh too. Pretending that your mortgage is something you can always pay when the alternative is letting yourself or a loved one go without medical care. As if they weren't at all related.
Have personal experience burning through all my savings and running up credit because of a major health crisis. I'm only lucky I had the wherewithal, insurance and the support system to keep my house and vehicle. It was close even so.
He lives in NYC with his girlfriend and kids. Guy likely has a house in 5 countries, he picked the one he was already in and would be a good place to recover, like with your kids and loved one. My guess
