The congress people took an oath too. They have no problem lying or misleading people and making unproven accusations. They would never survive being a witness in their own committee if perjury was enforced.
This is actually in Nadler's Contempt Resolution - the one that they voted on today, will go before the House for a Vote and eventually to a Federal Court ... handy-dandy

The number 23 denotes the House Vote for the record.
H vote to hold A.G. in contempt of Congress. If the vote succeeds it should be a Badge of Honor when the congress is contemptable.

Barr IS KARMA. Since the Mueller report was a bust and now the AG and IG have turned their sights on them - I guarantee Obama, the Clintons, the three amigos Clapper, Comey, Brennan and the rest of the DC mobsters have been busy conspiring to thwart justice.
Your idea of Justice is having a con-man and a fake AG obstruct congress from seeing the findings from a two year FBI investigation, thereby thwarting the entire constitutional process of checks and balances.
That's why Democrats had a record turn out during midterms. To hold this lawless administration to account for their obstruction and coverup. Great first step holding Barr in contempt!
