The white liberals amongst the SJW's will not do anything of such. They do not want to be labeled as sexist or racist of course. It is up to the black American to denounce MLK for his actions while he was married to Coretta Scott King. The outrage will mainly come from the black women of academic Social Justice/Feminist backgrounds.
African Americans will do no such thing, nor should they be expected to.
The main point of contention is the blatant hypocrisy present here. Had a conservative straight white male done anything of this nature, the media would be all over it, the rabid SJWs would be tearing down monuments, and crying for bans and renaming stuff. It is blatant hypocrisy because the authoritarian left and social justice warriors are blatant hypocrites.
What is the motivation with all these posters to try to besmirch King now? Kind of tells you something about the character of these critics and what they really stand for.
Alternatively you'll find a lot of politicians (today's conservatives) cite King's nonviolence or his words as a foil to criticize today's activists as being too radical (even though these very same pols oppose pretty much most policies that King advocated - and he was considered to be very radical and threatening to the powers that be).
Conservatives ALWAYS hated MLK anyway. They hated him when he was live, and they hate him in his grave. In fact, the only reason why they invoke his name all the time now is because he’s safely in his grave.
His crime of asking America to live up to its promise to African Americans is simply unforgivable in their eyes.

Black folks never told you folks that he was a saint. Whites anointed him as such because at the time, he seemed to be the least threatening of the other alternatives. Alternatives like Malcolm X or H.Rap Brown.
You folks have a lot of nerve. All of a sudden, you’re the people that calls it like you see it when it comes to judging character? Trump voters?
If MLK statues should stay then so should Robert Lee statues.
I hope Buttgig doesn't try to sneak out the back door on this one either. Remember he called for the banning of Thomas Jefferson, so to stay fair he should also call for the banning of MLK now. This treatment of women cannot stand. Great Warrior Warren should be sounding her battle cry off on this MLK news as well calling for his banning.
"In all that time, the bureau—and Director J. Edgar Hoover specifically—never uncovered Communist Party ties or any nefarious behavior that warranted the years of wiretaps and eavesdropping. Instead, they discovered a man devoted to serving others, unafraid of self-examination and unconcerned with fame or notoriety, said David Garrow, a historian and Pulitzer Prize-winning author, in a 2008 CNN interview.

The last two pages of the report are dedicated to salacious allegations. It describes a two-day workshop King held in Miami in February 1968. One of the attendees, according to the report, apparently informed the FBI of “behind-the-scene drinking, fornication, and homosexuality that went on at the conference,” in addition to prostitution, and “an all-night sex orgy was held with these prostitutes.” But there’s no mention that King was involved."

"The civil rights hero was also heard allegedly joking he was the founder of the 'International Association for the Advancement of P***y-Eaters' on an agency recording that was obtained by bugging his room, according to the sensational claims made by biographer David Garrow - a Pulitzer prize-winning author and biographer of MLK. Speaking of the biographer, something does not add up. I found an article from 2018...
what a difference one year makes ...
Actually, that article refers to an interview done with Garrow in 2008. So it isn't as if he has suddenly changed his thinking in the last year.
