Alot of those climate change believers want some type of govt mandate to fix the current weather problems Doesn't understand that there's nothing we can do to change the current weather or climate. It is beyond our capabilities. If you suddenly kill the output of every car or factory nothing will change either. I like people to fix the illegal dumping of plastic waste than anything else.

Which part of "flood plain" do you not understand?

Flood plains are supposed to flood.

That's why Earth created them in the first place.

Most of your flooding is due to poor planning, engineering, design and construction by the Army Corps of Engineers.

The rest of it is due to human development, not climate change.
Yep, just stupid people building in the flood plain and more pavement making runoff worse.

Isn't that what the AGW crowd always says?
It changes according to their hysteria level.

There has been Ice Ages, Tropical Periods, floods, hurricanes, tornadoes, and every other weather event since before man, and man's industrialization. The climate is always changing. So what? None of the alarmists predictions have come true.

Another climate change troll post.

We’ve never had flooding before LOL. Nothing like an over emotional mayor to help.

BTW OP, local flooding is weather, not global climate.

I've never met a person who says climate change is not real. Who are those people?

Maybe the mayor has a very limited view of this earth. He thinks everything began when he was born.

Actually the flooding is the result of climate change.
