I don't have the financial means to move right now. I am doing my part to try to save my stepfather's business down in Coral Springs, because we're in a tight spot.
You can be a 10/10 in the looks department, but if your personality is flatter than Kansas or if we don't have any common ground to start from, then you're nothing more than eye candy for me. I like my women smart and strong. I'm not attracted to pushovers or basic "boy-crazy" types. But, hey, you do you.
Why are you concerned with what sorority sister type young white women think? Why are you even hanging out with them.
I believe most people are not in favor of same sex marriage/relationships.
It's just that the supporters of ss marriage are loud and vocal while it seems that Christians and non Christians who support male/female marriage/relationships are becoming cowardly and won't speak out for what they believe.
They want the easy road.
People seem to take the easy way out and succumb to the pressure of those who bully them for their beliefs.
Shrug. I've never noticed any younger white women who oppose same-sex marriage. But then I don't notice many older ones who oppose it either. Perhaps the phenomenon you observe is a function of where you live and/or who you know.
I hadn't been aware of this either. I would expect Evangelicals and trad Catholics might object in greater numbers overall, but not just their younger women.
Of all the "homosexuality is threatening the sanctity of marriage" BS I hear from people, I hear it most from young white women (generally, attractive and popular---the sorority sister type). I find this to be blatantly ironic, because it's coming from the demographic cohort that drinks the most, swears the most and sleeps around like crazy. It's almost as if they hate the idea of being able to own every man on the market.
I'm a heterosexual male, and this baffles me.
I have yet to see white woman oppose same sex marriage as of yet. Then again I live in NYC. Being white and opposing same sex marriage is a livelihood deathknel for straight white women.
There’s a fallacy perpetuated that those opposed to so-called “same sex marriage” are religious when in fact there are many in opposition who are not.
