Do you have a link to that?

If I recall correctly, it was banned by the police department - but that doesn't make that choke hold illegal or criminal.

I usually side with the cops, but this one bothered me. He told them he couldn't breathe. They killed him for supposedly selling cigarettes, that's not alright.

My comment is to the legal aspect only.

Reselling something requires a tax to be paid even though a tax was paid, ie: car, retail items, etc.
