True, however Trump is fighting to improve the middle class and Americans as opposed to the elites and senior management of Federal Agencies brandishing their own power and corruption without regard for justice or integrity.
How can Trump be opposed to the elites when he is America's senior elite? It doesn't get more elite than living in a Manhattan penthouse with a gold toilet. Maybe he needs to live his coastal elitist bubble and hire cabinet officials who weren't millionaires or born with a silver spoon in their mouths.

Leak always seemed to me to infer some sort of covert action, he stated exactly what he did on national TV and never attempted to hide his actions.
First part of the IG investigation next up FISA and Barr’s search for his claims of spying.
He avoided perjury by answering truthfully when asked directly by Congress if he shared those memos with anyone outside the FBI. He tried to hide his actions by giving the memos to his friend and telling the friend to share the info with media. How is that Not covert ?

At least he tried to help, although it didn't help much in the end.

...the investigation found "no evidence that Comey or his attorneys released any of the classified information contained in any of the Memos to members of the media"...
A tangent from the covert/overt discussion, but if none of it was classified, I couldn't care less what Comey or his attorney "leaked" regarding his personal thoughts and musings about.... well...... anything.

In Trump's justice department, we don't own and certainly can't share our personal thoughts. They are official government secrets I guess.

Comey released classified information to people not authorized to receive such information. He's lucky the friend he told to go to the media didn't disclose those portions to the reporter. Comey also failed to tell the FBI that he disclosed those memos to unauthorized persons.
Those memos include more than his 'thoughts and musings.' If you think the leaked portions were thoughts and musings you don't know what the NYTimes article was about. The FBI was furious.
Do you know anything more than that one-sentence from the IG report.
