As if this doesn't happen to white people.

I had never heard of (or imagined) anyone doing such a thing until the last few years when I started reading about cops shooting the people they're supposed to be checking on.

It *is* nosy, but more importantly it's extremely dangerous.

Tay Jeffereon was a recent college graduate and was just starting messing school. She had no criminal record.

Her 8-year old nephew watched her bleed to death. Shot and killed in her own house by police.

Basically if you're my neighbor don't worry about me, worry about yourself. We'll all be better off.

What a tragedy.. And that poor nephew, who had to see it.

But what does this have to do with politics? There are about 2 million citizen-police encounters a year in which they save thousands of lives.. I applaud them for doing a dangerous and thankless job, particularly since they are being demonized by the left, but it really isn't a politics issue.

Murder.

Call me an armchair QB if you want -- there is no excuse for this !!!

Due to the races of those involved in this shooting (officer white, victim black female), it is an inflammatory situation that will further be inflamed in the coming days as we see vocal protest marches and calls for justice. These things make it political, as is any topic involving police shootings.
