You're out of your mind. Setting aside the actual content of the Tweet (which wasn't intimidating), it was literally impossible for him to intimidate her when she was doing something that prevented her from hearing what he said. He KNEW that he was not talking to her.

If there was any intimidation or tampering, it was by Schiff.

It's also designed to intimidate future witnesses. It's really not hard to figure out.
