"Trump has no concept of foreign diplomacy...I'm not talking knowledge or experience....concept."
Trump HAS experience dealing with foreign government leaders while building golf courses and resorts in their countries.
Where did obama or clinton or ANY new president get their "concept of foreign diplomacy...I'm not talking knowledge or experience....concept."?
Trump has more experience on this then ALL of them combined.
"(still...even with other Dems coming close in every poll Biden easily beats Trump)."
After the last elation poll debacle, I would be embarrassed to even bring them up!
That is refreshing and good to know !!!
Trump has no desire or experience bending over for foreign leaders like Obama did !!! He isn't telling Vlad I'll have more flexibility after the election and while I'm down there I'll tie his shoes as a finishing touch, so tell him not to wear slippers with his bathrobe !!!
Did Yovanovitch actual say that Obama or Biden people coached her regarding the Biden investigation?
I missed that in the hearing.
There’s nothing in the news on that, and I’d think it would be big headlnes if true.....
You're good. What they are talking about is a briefing book containing hundreds of possible questions that might be asked at her Senate confirmation hearings when she became ambassador. One of them mentioned Hunter Biden working at Burisma. From the testimony yesterday, it doesn't sound like anyone during the confirmation hearing ever asked her that question. One Republican asked what had been the suggested answer: It was that the matter should be referred to Biden's office.
Briefing books are prepared during the course of daily business - they are how the government functions, with officials showing up prepared. It's about becoming knowledgeable. By the way, Yovanovitch herself mentioned the briefing book and the question in her testimony. Some of these posters are writing as if it was discovered - and contradicted her previous testimony.
Anyhow that this got turned into Obama "coaching" her is ridiculous spin, as is the allegation that Yovanvitch lied about not having discussed Burisma.
Ukrainian Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko told Hill.TV's John Solomon in an interview that aired Wednesday that U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine Marie Yovanovitch gave him a do not prosecute list during their first meeting. “Unfortunately, from the first meeting with the U.S. ambassador in Kiev, [Yovanovitch] gave me a list of people whom we should not prosecute,” Lutsenko, who took his post in 2016, told Hill.TV last week.
“At that time we had a case for the embezzlement of the U.S. government technical assistance worth 4 million U.S. dollars, and in that regard, we had this dialogue,” he said. "At that time, [Yovanovitch] thought that our interviews of Ukrainian citizens, of Ukrainian civil servants, who were frequent visitors of the U.S. Embassy put a shadow on that anti-corruption policy."
They ask what the lunatic Schiff allows, right? Or they are shut down. The president is not allowed any representation. In any event...this farce is failing.
No, they get 5 minutes each and 45 minutes for their attorney. The people giving testimony can have their representation, the democrats have their representation, and the republicans have their representation. If Trump would like to come give his testimony under oath he will have his representation too.
WASHINGTON – David Holmes, the State Department official who overheard a key conversation between President Donald Trump and a U.S. ambassador, was expected to give private testimony Friday, continuing closed-door interviews even as members of Congress hosted a public hearing in the U.S. Capitol.
Wrong....again...

That could change on Saturday when Mark Sandy, a senior career official at the Office of Management and Budget, is expected to testify behind closed doors.
