You can take your complaint to the White House and ask them why, to this day, they have been unable to come up with any plausible reason as to why the aid was withheld (other than illegal quid pro quo), much less support such a claim with contemporaneous documents.
We've heard the explanation. It was to 'fight corruption.' That defense fell apart quite publicly yesterday.
It's gone from: he didn't do it, to he did it but it was not wrong, to it is all hearsay, to he did it to fight corruption in Ukraine. Every defense they've put out has been destroyed in the hearings. So now--it is 'just your opinion'. GOP talking points.
Nothing says "I've got great cross examination ready to go" like starting your questioning of a fact witness with "you are not aware of most of what I'm going to ask but I'm going to ask it anyway". Nunes is such a fool.
Was there a question in there somewhere for the witness?
