In this country we dismiss cases outright without trial when they are brought without even so much as an allegation of a crime having been committed. We then punish the corrupt prosecutor that attempted to push that kind of case.

Mike Nifong of Duke lacrosse rape case fame.

Sadly, it is very rare that a corrupt prosecutor ever gets the proper comeuppance, but it does happen.

Correction! It was a "perfect" phone call. In fact the phone call was so...."perfect" that trump wants to hide the witnesses to this "perfect" phone call. Go figure!

It is like in a real trial, the jury has taken a vote and have NOT yet given their verdict to the judge. Until then, the accused has NOT been found guilty OR not guilty.
Still preaching to the choir?

Sure. Trump can have Eric Ciaremella questioned. Trump just needs to testify under oath as well to make that happen. This is all up to trump.

Why did the House VOTE if they did NOT have ALL the evidence it is now claiming is needed?

If all this info IS need, what does that say about the vote the dems made WITHOUT IT?
Those you listed were all subpoenaed by the House but they ignored that subpoena. After this is over, I hope all of those who ignored the subpoena by Congress are indicted.

Then WHY won't pelosi deliver the articles?

WHY is she and other dems DEM DEMANDING MORE witness's and testimony?

Are you admitting the House voted to impeach WITHOUT ALL THE RELEVANT INFO to do so?

Can't have it BOTH ways!
FYI, Congress is still in recess for the holidays. Chill! McConnell is still drunk.
