They are NOT Crimes - even the Dems are not making that argument - that is what is unjust. You know the Constitution criteria of "High Crimes and Misdemeanors".

It's unjust for him to be impeached for abuse of office? Seems like an odd position to take but okay. He can't use taxpayer money to derive a personal benefit from. He can't obstruct congress either.

But in spite of me giving you a link containing exactly what you're asking for, I predict with 100% sureness you will claim that that link contains nothing incriminating to Trump at all. And then in the future you will ask me exactly the same question. Which would go to prove that you simply don't want to believe Trump did anything wrong. And that it is you who is playing games.

The President broke the law on aid to Ukraine?

Ukraine has a right to money from American taxpayers? And btw isn't the President in charge of foreign policy?

The Democrats are delusional and they are wasting their time. This isn't going anywhere and all it is going to is energize Trump supporters.

They'll run Putin for POTUS next.
LOL. Full impartiality on display here.

But please do expand upon what crime bush and cheney committed over Iraq and Afghanistan?
Please be specific with the federal code.
Furthermore, is it your position we were wrong to attack Afghanistan, denying Bin Laden the ability to further wage attacks on us from there?
Considering the congressional mandate over that, that may be the most looney fringe position imaginable.
Now back to bush/cheney. This will be fun.

This was about releasing (or not) money which was authorized by congress. It is congress that has the power of the purse, not the president. So by withholding the aid, he was trying to subvert an act of congress.

They know it, they just prefer to spin it the same way their leader does. But they can spin till the cows come home, and the impeachment is underway, and nothing they can do will stop it. Even if the GOP refuses to do their sworn duty, and Trump is found not guilty, this Albatross will be hanging around his neck forever, and it will bother him till the day he dies.
