We're wasting so much time, money and wrecking our economy over this, it's beyond absurd.
Yawn...yet another person who does not either read anything, or cannot comprehend what they are reading.

I cannot fathom how someone cannot sit there and either watch or read the information that has been put out about this, and still post such absurd things.

Agree 100%....most who die already have one foot in the grave.

Everything in life comes dome to cost-benefit. More people than you realize simply compute the numbers different than you.

social distancing will only work as long as people are exercising the habit. As soon as we go "back to normal," we have 2-3 months before we are right back to panic, hoarding behavior, and collapsing markets. Nothing is going to flatten under normal conditions until everyone has been vaccinated. It doesn't bode well for the economy.

Trump has come under sharp criticism for the nation’s slow response to the spreading pandemic, especially for the shortage of coronavirus testing kits when the virus first spread to the United States.

More than 160,000 Americans have tested positive for COVID-19 and more than 3,000 people have died from the virus in the country.

McConnell told Hewitt that he has not heard any new reports about senators being diagnosed with coronavirus.

Trump has taught his boy McConnell how to pass the buck.
And it was the GOP that failed to impeach Trump when they had a valid chance to do so on grounds so strong they didn't want to allow the American public to see more evidence and testimony.

I wonder how many of these GOP Senators will die or have direct family members die from the virus. Like they say in opera...it ain't over until....

This forum and elsewhere are peppered with posts from those who persist in the belief Covid-19 is a hoax, a conspiracy or that it is only happening in big bad liberal cities.

I believe we will hear Trump pounding this 2.2 million figure over and over again this Fall. He will say see....look how good we did, the death toll could have been 2.2 million people and we limited it to just .......

And that’s alright if the choice was limited to them. Their choice however, could kill a first responders or front line healthcare professional trying to save their life.

Trump tends to lie to avoid answering any honest question about anything, and in typical Trump fashion he changes the subject and blames someone else. Sadly his supporters can’t see the forest for the trees. For the record I don’t think Trump knows what per capita means.
