You missed the FACT that the only place 3M can get the material from to manufacture the masks is from Canada? Did you miss that by accident or on purpose

It says it is the only manufacture of that pulp, not that grade of pulp is the only grade used in those materials.
I would be shocked if they were the only manufacturer for pulp used in those materials as it is such a global industry and I would highly doubt they are shipping all around the world in the volume that would be needed.

How many parts of the world do you think have western cedar AND a pulp mill that produces K10S pulp? It's a specialty product.

Sorry, it appears you're mistaken about "K10S pulp" as being a necessary ingredient in surgical masks. Masks are made from synthetic materials, not paper.
