This is why I'm grateful that many stores are requiring them. Many people wouldn't do the responsible thing if it was left up to them.

I wear a mask at work and when shopping in any store. My job just started requiring masks for costumers and thankfully most people are compliant. The common theme is "Oh, I left it in the car!" well it don't do you much good there, Nancy.

99% of the people who DO wanna throw a fit or go on a political tirade about it are heterosexual (seemingly), white men. No surprise there. God forbid the most privileged group in the planet is told to do anything out of the courtesy of everyone else.

Politically, I'm moderate/independent but have been leaning more and more left as the right has shown their incompetency during these times plus a complete disregard for science.

Independent.

I wear a face covering going up and down the elevator when taking my little monster out. Once outside, no.

When grocery shopping, I sure as hell wear a proper surgical mask.

Both are a complete waste of time.
And you're on a political forum...why? People who don't vote have no say.

I mostly do pick-up at the grocery store. I've only gone in a few times, but when I did, no one was allowed in without a mask. Of course, I wore one. On walks I often don't wear a mask. But in any enclosed space with people, I would definitely wear one. There is no reason not to. And where I am, pretty much 100% of people do the same

Republican here. No I do not.

Had my hair cut yesterday and wore a salon provided mask in my appointment(their rules), but that's all.

Republican, wear mask even before it was required, same with social distancing. I’m going a little nuts of being cooped up nearly 4 months.

Wrong! People who don't vote are not contributors to the problem. They have every right to complain about the ignorant garbage that want elected to be tyrants over others.
