Still no excuse for LOCKING THE DOORS during operating hours. If they wanted, they could have had their minutes of silence after the store closed, or before its opening time. NOT during the hours they advertised they are open.
No way, would I let them lock in me without my permission. I don't care if it was 2-3 minutes. No Damn way..

I can't see 'em locking people in, it would have to be a pretty big emergency for something like that to take place (active shooter, etc..).
They do it when a child is missing too if I'm not mistaken.
