They are having a concert in Tulsa at the BOK center and there will be thousands of unmasked fans sitting shoulder to shoulder. It's called CovidFest Live!

Oh, forgot, it's unsafe to have large indoor events, so they delayed their 2020 concerts. CovidFest Live in Tulsa was held last weekend by a different entertainer. One that doesn't care about fans getting Covid. I bet the Chicks won't have a bunch of empty blue seats once they are ready to play. They'll wait until it's safe to have a large indoor event, unlike that other entertainer that held CovidFest Live in Tulsa last weekend. Their next tour is supposed to be an Arena tour. Much larger venue than the BOK center in Tulsa.

Dixie is strongly associated with the secessionist states that fought to maintain slavery and later followed practices such as segregation and peonage. Ergo it's linked to cultural racism.

All this Dixie, BLM, kowtowing, is getting really ridiculous.

What's next?

Going after one of the greatest bands for having a name they don't like and one of their most popular songs.

This is about correct.

More and more words will be added to the ban list as it plays out.

I guess The Chicks will never stay out of politics.

When they flapped their jaws many years ago, their careers went into the toilet. They and their pocketbooks never recovered.

And their political views alienated them from the country music power brokers in Nashville. Listeners of country music don't like big mouth women.

My husband and I love their music. We did, however, think Natalie Mains was stupid for the remark that pretty much got them banished from country music years ago.

This world has just gone crazy.....
