One or two clowns like Trump in charge and you do not have to be a psychic to foresee NYC tanking as a result of the diminished global luster USA projects.

That's fair, the rest of the country would likely be better off if those simpletons stayed in NY rather than bringing their cancerous politics to better parts of the country.

NYC is dying right in front of our eyes...

-NYC once had 125 Fortune 500's HQ'd there, and now they are down to just 54.

-Crime is up massively, especially murders.

-The City Pension funds are grossly underfunded.

-There's garbage everywhere.

-The streets are nearly empty.

-Covid-19 has decimated the city.

-They are losing their tax base to Florida, and other places by the Billions.

-Tourism is dead.

Radical Liberal policies has been sucking the life out of NYC since Rudy left, and now Covid-19 is finishing off the job.

What's Joe Biden's plan to save it? (crickets chirping)

Supposedly he never committed to staying at that job but was there a decade. His NYC apartment was amounted to a large hotel room with a kitchenette.

One thing to think about is that if you flush out enough young New Yorkers, Bostonians, and Angelenos they are probably moving to states like Pa, NC, or Arizona where they could be tipping swing states.
The house across the street went for sale Monday. Ive seen 2 cars (SUVs actually)looking at it during the evenings when I am home. BOTH had NYS tags. I did not go ask them where they were from. yes I know. Anecdotal but there ARE many more NYS cars in store lots lately.

IMHO AZ is already tipped and PA has always been light blue.
IMHO Trump taking PA was an anomaly. 1)) HRC is a demon. 2) Who did not even bother to try there and 3) basket of deplorables...

Here in Lafayette Louisiana I’ve never seen so many New York plates (three in the past week) in my daily commute during a non Mardi Gras and festival season.

From North Jersey, it is not a fun commute but it is doable, especially if its only a few times a week.

And for the people Ive seen, it is NOT the rich. It is all the 75K to 300K people. The real elite are in the Hamptons... etc. Here locally it seems mostly Brooklynites.
where in NJ is "here". what county?

Just how long will it take for the " everyday " Socialistic Democratic
to figure out they will not be included in the Secret Club

Once ( if it really happens ) they will find out about their ' PAWN ' position and typically want a RE-DO

If you wet the bed your going to sleep in it...Grandma
