What's new? We're heading back to the 1950's for women's rights. Health care, GOP in court now trying to overturn parts of it. Nothing new here. Same Republican backwards antics another day...

Nope. Trump tried that with Kavannaugh and the Democrats beat the snot out of him over it. Trump needs to pick someone who will uphold the US Constitution ALL of the time. Not another Benedict Roberts.

It was that, as contrasted with the pass given to powerful perverts like Harvey Weinstein for decades.

The constrast between hammering an innocent right wing man with no evidence of sexual harrassment or assault, against giving a free pass to a left wing man who was a defacto rapist, was the end of the metoo movement.

Read the article in the OP. It is sourced.

Sounds like a bunch of made up shi$ to me. I would need a second source as this publication is obviously radical leftist.

What is the source. I read the article. I mentions this “Catholic Judges in Capital Cases.” and it say in a report in the AFJ.

So you all seem to know so much about this persons religious beliefs over the constitution I would think you could point me to where she actually references this. From what I read that she actually wrote or co wrote she says nothing of the sort. I posted the abstract from "Catholic Judges in capital Cases".

I'm not making a judgement until I actually see some evidence of what some of you posters are spewing. As yet no evidence except the article in the OP which says he said she said and quotes a one or two sentence snip-it with no context.
So is there somewhere she says in her words she believes religious beliefs before the constitution in deciding cases?

Except Lagoa is a textualist that values the constitution as written. So there's that.

Next time think things through before posting. What's next, a rape allegation against her?
To a leftie, a person of religious faith is 'dangerous' but someone out rioting and looting should be heralded as a hero. Bizarro world for sure.

Unless they're Muslim.

Muslims always get a pass.
