In what world is it acceptable for a government employee to leak someone’s confidential financial information in order to harm them professionally? Also Trump likely pays millions in property taxes, pay roll taxes, local taxes, etc. No one pays more than they are legally obligated to, the people leaking this information have accountants to make sure they pay as little in taxes legally possible.
Did the returns come from a government employee? There are a number of others in the private sector who would have had access to them.
What policy reasons.. free healthcare to illegals? 4 trillion dollars of new taxes out of our paychecks to pay for it? Cheap China labor to build up the China military? Ship jobs over seas so many rural towns have to depend on food stamps to eat.. because they closed that last factory.??And many more .. just like these.
Those here illegally have free health care under Trump. Show up in an ER and you get care. The great deal maker couldn't make a deal with the democrats on healthcare. Or immigration; he couldn't make up his mind on DACA nor masks for that matter. He was suppose to have a new great health care program weeks ago. Trump has run up the debt, why not cut spending? Again, where is the great deal maker? You can't make deals when you demonize the other side.
Trump is doing just fine causing hunger in America. He squandered the booming economy Obama left him bankrupting a nation just like he went bankrupt in business.
He was not writing off donations! He made money from his endorsements and businesses run by others but owned by him. He operated his golf courses and hotels as losses to offset his gains in those areas. He engaged in all kinds of questionable deductions. For example, claiming personal residences like his mega spread in New York as "investment properties" so he could deduct interest, taxes and upkeep. He paid millions and millions in "consultant fees" including 750000 to Ivanka when she was an officer of his company (not a consultant). An investigation into these questionable deductions would probably land him in jail for fraud for the rest of his life.

True, but part of the point is that he pays so little because his businesses are in the toilet. The great deal maker, the great businessman are a fake and we now are paying the price for his ineptitude. At one time he said the pandemic was like a war, a war we have lost over 200,000 civilians to. Not even half that number of British civilians were killed by the Germans during WW2.
Like always his base doesn’t care they will never admit that they are in the wrong. What happened to all that Campaign money? It’s a tax fraud plain and simple.

The $750 is meant to generate outrage. The real problem is that his taxes are likely legal and all of this is above board. What society are when Trump can deduct, itemize, whittle away, etc., virtually all income taxes relative to his net worth, when I make ~$90k in a regular job, pay many multiples of this in federal income taxes, and cannot shield myself.
He’s legally steering the system to his own benefit. The system is the problem, not necessarily Trump personally.
At the least he is a dishonorable jerk who evades taxes. Is this REALLY the best the U.S. can do for a President? He can't even govern! He is psychotically narcissistic and shows every symptom of being a sociopath. We don't need the cruel and mentally ill in the most powerful position in the world. He needs treatment or prison, we don't need another 4 years of this chaos and madness. Do you REALLY want to go through four more years of this madness?
