We will get back to laws in due time. For now I just wanted to confirm that the following two options you consider as invalid and not "voluntary":
1) Going out to gather wild food source(s) is not an option since all land belongs to someone else.
2) Going out to grow your own food is not an option since all land belongs to someone else.
Are these two options "voluntary" or not? Simple question, right?
Once I got a direct answer we will continue.
P.S. I'm really itching to skip all this steps to show you the giant trap you set yourself into with "parents" statement, but I'll wait till we get there.
I already answered a number of times.
Your predicament is a discussion you should have with your parents. Why did they bring you into this world where you can’t grow your own food?
Does everyone have the same values? Yes, but libertarianism isn’t one of them.
It might seem like humanity disagrees over basic values, but the data is in: we actually don't.
THIS is how they accomplish what the lefties want: regressive national taxation which Americans, for some reason I'll never understand, refuse to accept and adopt:
Be sure to read the scatter plot chart and understand what it is telling us. There IS a distinct pattern.
There's even a link to the research on which the Washington Post article is based. It includes numerous additional citations.
Why don't we just tax regressively like European countries? If we do, the lefties will get adequate tax revenue funding for the social programs they want.
It's nonsense because not everyone can earn the same amount of income from their labor, but everyone still deserves an equal amount of certain services, like police protection. The alternative would be tantamount to the rich using Pinkertons and Blackwater with the poor getting no police protection, just to use your example of police
Everybody can certainly pay the same amount of taxes!

That is because the deeply-rooted envy.
Most people care about inequity not scarcity. They would rather share the misery of being equally poor than having a little more money and seeing a few make more money than them.
This is the key to understand almost all our problems.

1 poster mentions taxes...a 2nd poster mentions income. 2 different things, that are losely related in America.
Should gov't services be tied to income earned, or taxes paid? Why?
Are the government services funded by income earned or taxes paid?

No, they can't. Because if everyone had to pay the same amount, at least 50% of wage earners would owe more in taxes than they gross
