The highlighted name was sadly started by a former KKK guy, otherwise it might have had a chance to address issues adversely affecting white people.
As to the name BLM, if it was just the name, but they had a decent ideology and wanted to help black people, most would not care.
The NAACP has colored in their name and the UNCF has negro in theirs. But both organizations are not anti-white, or anti-police. Instead they try to help blacks, especially poorer ones.
They are also not radical Marxist nor communists, like the BLMers are.

In todays world it is okay to have "black" in a name but not "white". That is institutional racism.

In today's world organizations which contract with the government are sublet to a preference given to black owned businesses. That is institutional racism against whites.
Black Lives Matter says black lives should be treated equally to other races. White Supremacy says white people are better than other races. Pushing for equality vs pushing for supremacy. One of those is by far worse than the other.
BLM riots, loots, burns, terrorizes, and disrupts normal life.
"black lives matter" is just as racist as "white supremacist"
Something tells me that any attempt to explain the difference to someone w/the aforementioned mindset would be no different than trying to explain color to a blind man.

If we're judging entire groups of people by the poor actions of a select few, this turns into a very odd conversation. And to be clear, what does your response have to do with the subject (BLM being as racist as white supremacy?)
The media and democrats are doing that very thing with a fringe of white people.
So let's not do that with either side in this conversation. Stay on topic. I'll repeat myself. BLM calls for equality. White Supremacist groups call for supremacy. The latter is by their nature more racist. If it was "black lives are superior", not "black lives matter", this would be a different conversation.

Words do not tell the story, actions do. I saw riots for days, weeks, and months across the country.
What about the equity of "blacks" being given preference in government contracts? Admission to higher learning? What about all the government programs direct specifically toward "blacks"? That is not equity!
This is true for all Americans who don't want to work but not disabled. It is only supposed to be temporary
People have learned to work the system to avoid work. Require those people to work on infrastructure projects in return for the "benefits" and the cost of those "programs" would drop like a rock.
