So if a POTUS owes 3 billion to Russia or any country, do you think that POTUS can effectively govern given the conflict of interest? I don't, that should be a disqualification!

Why would an elected official given up his tax return for the public to see? His tax return, as a private businessman, had nothing to do with his official position as the POTUS.
Now, you would have a point IF Trump was a public official (senator, governor, congressman, etc) prior of becoming POTUS, and his income/tax return came from tax payers. Then yes, we need to see his tax return.

And since this ruling was given by a Federal Judge with over 2 decades on the bench....I'm going to say this is not a fishing expedition.

1) Obama didn't NEED to do anything about the birther nonsense because all it did was make Trump look bad to any sane American.
2) If Obama HAD done anything, it would have been Federal and Trump could subsequently pardon himself from it. SDNY? Trump has no defense except the truth.
