Well if we're going to shred the Constitution, I propose we take away the right to vote and boot every Democrat out of office.

Yes. I am going to kill you would be enough imo to take a gun away. So would I want to kill myself. I would take it away for a limited amount of time and would require a psych evaluation before they go it back.

According to this reasoning, every time an amendment to the constitution is passed, we have "shredded" it.
