Seems to me the only legislation during his administration was tax cuts for the wealthy.
Here's the list.

He also managed to build 450 miles of new and replacement wall on the border which had an illegal entry deterrent rate of 90% in spite of the Democrats fighting him all the way. He did other things to curb illegal immigration and bogus asylum seekers from getting into our country.

Now what's Biden doing for working class Americans? I'll wait.......

Better idea: merge DC into Virginia. Now you have representation.
The present District of Columbia was donated by Maryland. It could possibly retrocede to Maryland.

Virginia received it's donation back in 1847.

I am not in favor of making DC a state, but perhaps Puerto Rico.

From what I've read over the years, no American state was hit harder by the Great Depression than Minnesota. Farm prices hit rock bottom, and the dead market for capital goods and infrastructure devastated the Iron Range. Washington (state), heavily dependent upon lumber, didn't fare too much better. 'Pop wisdom" to the contrary, The stock market meltdown of 1929 didn't "cause" the Depression, and the New Deal didn't "cure" it, but when people are suffering, they look for scapegoats and "easy answers" -- and manipulative, left-leaning Democratic politicians always have a generous supply of both.

It's really sad to hear about "expel those states" or "America needs a divorce". Just really sad.

If the leadership of the bluest of the blue states were seriously committed to leading more of their clientele away from public dependency and toward self-reliance and the independent thinking that goes with it, there wouldn't be a problem.

But it has become increasingly clear that the urban machine Democrats and their friends in the media and the public-employee unions want no part of this. Their goal is to promote a sense of powerlessness, failure to launch, and class warfare which will keep the most un-questioning of their followers in lock-step.
