Btw, the above link has a lot of supposition that is NOT supported by direct quotes, such as the article's assertion that Kessler (the fact checker) "was one of those who purported the lab leak idea to be a ridiculous conspiracy theory as part of his ongoing effort to discredit anything and everything having to do with President Trump and his administration." (The italicized was a quote from the linked article and NOT from Kessler.)

This looks very much like bio warfare. They created chaos and got Trump out of office. Barely. And to commies, a few million lives are of no consequence.
It doesn't help the state departments investigation under Trump when he claims that it was bio weapon developed by China. I still see no indication of credible facts that point to this originating in the lab, just speculation. I also don't see how we conduct an investigation in China.

Though scientists suggest the likeliest origin of the pandemic remains natural, that it spread from an infected animal to a human, Trump claimed to have seen evidence to support the theory that the origin was an infectious disease lab in Wuhan, the epicenter of the Chinese outbreak.

The statement "or did somebody do something on purpose" is NOT equivalent to "claims that it was bio weapon developed by China".

What do you call the intentional release of a virus, regardless whether you agree or not the president shouldn't be speculating either on that or the origin of the virus. After all Pompeo's state department studied this for a year with no results, I don't expect anything to come out of the 90 day review.
