As non Democrats/non Hillary supporters/voters, we aren’t responsible for defending anything related to Hillary.

If being critical of Trump required being a Democrat or being a Hillary supporter/voter, then your post wouldn’t be an irrelevant deflection.

But being critical of Trump doesn’t require those things.

Your post is an irrelevant deflection.

You can’t refute head on what you don’t like being said about Trump, so you deflect to Hillary.

People are responsible for their own actions, and Trump and Hillary are both people (perhaps only barely ).

‘But Hillary’ is a little kid’s ‘but what about Johnny’ argument. It doesn’t matter what someone else is doing. There is a standard, or a law, or whatever (in different situations), and people are either adhering to it, or they’re not. It doesn’t matter what anyone else is doing.

And, in your particular example, when criticism can be made by someone who isn’t a Democrat, nor a Hillary supporter/voter, that additionally makes bringing up Hillary in particular irrelevant.

Go back and read, I quoted nobody in that post and just made a relevant comment and it was not a deflection. There was nothing to refute, why, because I quoted nobody.

My post still stand as relevant and it was not a deflection.

That’s ‘Us vs. Them’ on an issue.

That’s how it should be....each issue being considered individually, with people potentially falling into ‘Us vs. Them’ on that particular issue. Where someone who is a ‘Them’ on the issue being discussed might be part of that same person’s ‘Us’ on another issue....rather than ‘Right vs. Left’, ‘D vs. R’, etc.

Nah, Dems been crying about him since day one for the last 4+ years.

Whenever you get some proof you can hold him accountable. Got any of that proof that’ll hold up in court?

Your quoting someone or not has nothing to do with your post being an irrelevant deflection or not.

I explained in my previous post why that post is an irrelevant deflection. If you don’t get it, that’s on you.

The bolded doesn’t make the last paragraph of my post that you’re replying to any less true.

Both are true at the same time.

What’s true is y’all can keep wishing and hoping like you have been for the last 4+ years, but there’s no proof to hold him accountable for anything.
