Republicans are as dependent on government subsidies as anyone else. As the self described party of business, they have enabled a business model that is built on government subsidies, tax credits and write offs not available to any person.

If republicans really didn't want government handouts, they would be libertarians.

I only eat at Chick-fil-A on Sundays--usually right after I shopped at Hobby Lobby.

No way they could compete against Chick-fil-A with a chicken sandwich when they can't even make a decent Whopper anymore.....

I would boycott Burger King, but since I refuse to put that poison in my body anyway, I don’t need to worry about it. BK can do whatever they want, I don’t care.

I got a Whopper with cheese twice this past month. Had the same grilled flavor, but not much lettuce and toppings. used to be loaded with chopped lettuce. guess you have to ask for extra toppings.

I don't eat fast food very often. I can't remember the last time as it isn't very good, but I like how Chick Fil A takes care of their employees and the places are clean and friendly. Very rare these days. Burger King is pretty lousy on all levels. I think they are taking their last puff on their cigar and going away someday. No big loss.

Yep.

Chick-fil-A didn't build it's massively popular business on it's political stance.

They built it on having really good fast food with fast, friendly and courteous service.

Why can't other fast food outlets learn from that instead of trying to use politics as a sales gimmick?

It's really not that complicated.

It's not just that...

It just doesn't taste like a Whopper used to taste.

Tastes like the propane they used to run the grill.

Bun is different too.

I mean, if I wanted a fast food joint to have my back, it wouldn't be nasty stale Burger King. Chickfilet may be annoyingly self-righteous in their business model, but at least they make good chicken.
