So...worldwide shipping problems, labor shortage and other pandemic recovery looks like the main factors, not some fear of a "Biden induced super inflation cycle".
Well, Biden is doing everything in his power to raise fuel costs, so there is that. Everything he has said and done since taking office has been hostile towards traditional fuels. That is having an impact. There is no need for fuel to be as high as it is. Late Obama years and early Trump, we reached energy independence. Biden has killed all of that.

Grocery stores work on low margins so it doesn't take much anticipated inflation to induce stockpiling.

Great point. Biden is really messing things up bad!
Then why are lumber prices going down instead of UP?

I don't trust this guy since he made a dry run in Nov 2019 for a supposed pandemic.

So, are you strongly opposed about doing anything about the extreme inequality in this country by imposing a large wealth tax on billionaires?

I believe that the hacking is an inside job.

The best way to make everyone pay a fair share is a low flat tax rate with absolutely no deductions for anything at all. Nada. Nothing.

Everyone pays the same rate, so if you make a ****load of money you end up paying a ****load of taxes. If you make little money you pay little in taxes.

As a veteran of Lyndon Johnson's "guns and butter" inflation of 1966-1982. I think I can attest that the shock will be neither as quick, nor as drastic as predicted here.

BUT when the dust settles. the purchasing power of every dollar will be diminished, and it is those who live from one pay- or pension check to the next. who will be hurt the worst.

And I can also assure you that the politicians who engineered this thinly-disguised tax increase will point their fingers at anyone but themselves,
