So answer the substance of the question, Mississippi filed suit after 50 years to change the playing field but you think it was absurd to challenge the law.
MS didn't file a lawsuit. The pro-abortion contingent sued MS over its abortion law. MS is defending its Constitutional State's Rights.

The pro-abortion contingent may have made a MAJOR strategic error in exposing Roe to SCOTUS review. Like I said, if states can restrict specifically enumerated Constitutional gun rights, and they do (even red states do), they can also restrict any perceived right to abortion.

Once again, you are incorrect. The laws set no precedent.

LMAO that you think you know more than lawyers and abortion rights activists.

It was always going to come to this with this court. Abortion rights activists have been planning for this for years.

There was no error. The rabid religious right will never compromise. That has been understood for years. Now they will be exposed for the vile lying hypocritical creatures that they are. Pro-abortion women are done. They will not go back to being second class citizens and will fight for as long as it takes to cement those rights. The war on women will have to be waged in broad daylight for everyone to see.

Texas and MS will likely be the beginning of the end of the Republican party when all is said and done. The base they cater to has already done considerable damage to the party.

Spew all the rhetoric you want. The FACT is that if states can restrict specifically enumerated Constitutional gun rights, and they do (even red states do), they can also restrict any perceived right to abortion.

You have no idea what is coming your way lol.

Women have a right to control their reproductive destiny. It is not a perceived right.

We will not give that right up to any state.

You underestimate men. As a man I can tell you the backlash to women's rights and acheivments over the years really pisses a certain demographic off. That demographic is now starting to convince OTHER minority demographics to join in on the war on women. People always want a group to feel superior to.

Remember . A man who bragged on cam about grabbing women by their privates won a national election against a woman.

I used to play tons of doubles tennis, and liberals made a huge unforced error in this case.

Bless their hearts.

Mighty nice of them to make it official that Roe goes the way of Plessy vs Ferguson next year.

I am getting dizzy with the circles you keep going in. Wash Rinse Repeat and Repeat and Repeat.
