For the millionth time, you are completely incorrect with your bad interpretation of what precedent means, and conveniently forget, yet again, that all fetal homicide laws have exceptions for abortions.
Have people been convicted of and sent to prison for committing fetal homicide? Yes. That sets the legal precedent that an unborn child is a separate human life.
I also wonder how do you make a woman stay pregnant. Women don’t show their pregnancy for a long time. Do we pregnancy test weekly all females between 14 and 50? If positive put them in supervised housing so they don’t try to abort themselves. So many details to work out.
Related to this for the states that ban abortion, if Roe is overturned, is how they will treat miscarriages. Will someone who miscarries somehow have to prove that is what happened? One also hopes that miscarriages won't be criminalized like child neglect is on the theory the woman should have better cared for the fetus to minimize risk of miscarriage.
States do not have constitutional rights, they have powers. There's a difference. The 9th tells us that the fact a right is not enumerated doesn't mean it doesn't exist.
States' Constitutional Rights are the powers bestowed upon them by the Constitution's Article 1 Section 8 and the 10th Amendment. While 9th Amendment Individual Rights may exist, Article 1 Section 8 and the 10th Amendment grants the power to regulate such to each of the states unless specifically otherwise granted to the federal government. US Constitution 101.

That's not needed. Fetal homicide laws are already in place setting the legal precedent that an unborn child is a separate human life.
Then why have abortion ban supporters been trying to get a right to life constitutional amendment passed for years? It would be far more effective for them than getting Roe vs Wade overturned.

I've never advocated anything other than having each state regulate abortion, as is their Constitutional Right via the Constitution's Article 1 Section 8 and the 10th Amendment.
Again, if states can restrict 2nd Amendment Rights, and they do (even red states do), they can also restrict any perceived right to abortion.
