LMAO! You liberals are so arrogant that you believe that the government will control the earth and then b.s. about it. The planet will always be here. We are going away. We will all die and We will be replaced. God? and Noah's ark? LMAO!

The earth is always changing way before humans were on earth. The difference is we have MORE people today and have built more material things so the aftermath is more expensive to replace. The world's population keeps growing. The world population today that is 1,860-times the size of what it was 12 millennia ago when the world population was around 4 million, half of the current population of London.

Democrats has taken it as a religion and to get more power. This is what so crazy about it. Then they lecture the rest when We call on their b.s.

Democrats need to drop the climate change issue, or they will continue to hemorrhage working class voters to the Republicans. It’s a losing issue.
Though I'm a progressive extremist I hope you're right. The people can't be fooled forever; climate change won't be helped by further immiserating the working class. See, for example, Climate Change and Atlantification of Arctic - Warming Has Been Ongoing for Over 100 Years.

Most people know implicitly they won't save the earth by becoming poorer themselves, and they don't see John Kerry, Barack Obama and Al Gore as sharing the sacrifice.

The people who need to pay the price to really fight climate change are the wealthy, and Democrat lapdogs will never advocate for that position.

Quite true. And the Republicans will be no different.

Until we fix our broken Democracy, there’s no way to fight global warming.

Capitalism requires exponential growth in consumption to justify shareholder ROIs, it's incapable of fixing global warming. They'll "solve" global warming by moving everyone to EVs, and then try to convince everyone they need four cars per household, negating the benefits.

Climate change is REAL. Unfortunately, the Democrats blame climate change on humans.

My opinion, is that NATURAL CLIMATE change is more important than human caused climate change by probably a four to one ratio.

Read this book....the author believes in man's contribution to climate change. But take a look at climate change in the American west over the past 10,000 years. The predictions of man caused climate change are minor compared to natural climate change.

Yes, we need to deal with climate change, but destroying millions of acres of public land with Industrial Wind and Solar Areas, doesn't make any sense.

California is going to run short of water, if we return to a natural climate regime. The last century in California has been WETTER than NORMAL. Destroying millions of acres of public land by Industrial Wind Areas will not solve the problem

Democrats need to follow the science and start a public discussion on how to deal with natural climate change.

Look people, here is the real deal regarding this issue:

NOBODY cares about climate change if it doesn't affect the immediate environment in which they live, like their backyard.

You can't point to some change going on at a polar ice cap or a desert in the middle of Australia and expect people to get passionate about global climate change based on that. It ain't happening.

The current warming is over a century, if it was 10,000 years we would have a chance to adapt.

The west/south west is currently running out of water, if you think otherwise you are mistaken.

So you believe that man is responsible for the current change but you don't want to take any action.

Nope that is my point...the west/south west is RUNNING OUT OF WATER and it is part of Natural climate change. Read the book on the climate history of the west...it will curl your toes.

My best guess...80% due to natural changes..20% or less due to human influence.

My point....Where do you want to put your emphasis?? If you put the money into dealing with natural climate change, it also solves the problem of India and China (if it turns out it is man-caused).

If you invest in Industrial Wind Areas, the change is MINOR. The reason it is so popular is that taxpayer monies get transferred to corporations.

FOLLOW the money on climate change.
