And people are worried about climate change and carbon, meanwhile we're completely surrounded by invisible EMF and RF electro-pollution that slowly breaks down our DNA repair mechanisms and makes us all sterile. Sperm counts have collapsed by more than 50% in human men in the past few decades. EMF and RF is known to reduce sperm counts and cause sterility in men.
From currently available studies it is clear that radiofrequency electromagnetic fields (RF-EMF) have deleterious effects on sperm parameters https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/30445985/

Seems hard to believe, when even standing next to a tower you're soaking more EMF from the sun than the antenna.
Lyon, France, May 31, 2011 ‐‐ The WHO/International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) has
classified radiofrequency electromagnetic fields as possibly carcinogenic to humans (Group 2B),
based on an increased risk for glioma, a malignant type of brain cancer1
, associated with
wireless phone use.
The past two times I upgraded I did the buy one get one free deal on the iPhone for me and the wife. I'm not sure if they still do that any more with the global chip shortage though. But it's about the only way I can stomach the purchase.

The cell tower antennas are adding additional EMF/RF, along with your cellphone, wifi routers, wireless smart meters, radio antennae, power lines, radar dishes (at airports), power stations, etc.
It's all of these factors combined that have dramatically increased the EMF/RF exposure to ALL living organisms that reside near human population centers.
Some governments/scientists will claim that so and so device/structure is safe because the EMF or RF isn't powerful enough to harm humans -- but they fail to take into account that there are hundreds of other additional devices that are simultaneously emitting unnatural EMF's and RF's into human environments in addition to whatever specific EMF/RF source they studied.

so what is it that you want..... to go back to the stone ages??
You gotta understand, just like tobacco was in the 1950s and 60s, smartphones are "sacred." Everyone is using them. And when they are told that the phones they are "smoking" are a health threat, the response will be the same as it was back in 1960: a sneer and light another one up.
It will take several generations, just as it did with tobacco, to get through to people. The medical statistics will have to be so obvious that "Big Cell" can't cover it up and explain it away, just as at some point "Big Tobacco" was not able to keep the cat in the bag.
And of course, there will always be the heavy users that will vehemently oppose acknowledgement of the cell phone health risks (just look at this thread) just as there are heavy smokers who deny the dangers of tobacco.

No, I'd be ok with landline communications.
And I'd be perfectly fine if cellular communication completely disappeared altogether, it's been more of a detriment to modern society than a benefit.
